This is an old battery-operated wall clock that looks like a cuckoo clock but is actually musical. It plays 1 of 12 songs on the hour and counts the hour electronically. This video has it shown playing “Fur Elise” and striking 7. It originally had a pendulum but it was lost and its pendulum battery compartment is damaged.
